Ingredients

Tortilite Whole Wheat Tortillas 10” 6 Pcs
Refried Beans 16 Oz
Salsa Verde ¼ tsp
Chili Powder ¼ tsp
Ground Cumin ¼ tsp
Garlic Powder ¼ tsp
Smoked Paprika ¼ tsp
Garlic Powder ¼ tsp
Kosher Salt ¼ cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1¼ Cups
Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Cream, for Serving

Instructions

1
In a small saucepan, combine the refried beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until the beans are warmed through. Remove from heat.
2
Place a tortilla on a work surface. Spread ⅓ cup of the bean mixture in the center of the Tortilite whole wheat tortilla. Top with ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
3
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward by about 1 to 2 inches to prevent the filling from spilling out of the bottom as you eat. Then, fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, covering it completely
4
Starting from the bottom flap covering the filling, roll the burrito tightly, tucking the flap firmly inward as you roll to secure the fillings. Continue rolling until the burrito is seam side down.
5
Repeat the process to make more burritos with the remaining ingredients.
6
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the burritos seam side down in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until the outside is slightly crisp and the burritos are warmed through. Alternatively, you can wrap the burritos in foil and bake them at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes until they are warmed through and slightly crisp on the outside.
