Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spray both sides of the Tortilite classic tortilla with cooking spray. Press the tortilla into a 1-quart ovensafe bowl to create a taco salad shell shape. Pinch the edges of the tortilla and create folds, following the rim of your bowl.

Place the bowl on a baking sheet. Bake on the middle or lower rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are browned. (Bake on a lower rack in the oven to prevent the edges from browning too quickly.)

Allow it to cool to room temperature before filling it with taco salad. (It will crisp up more as it cools.)
